Photo Shoot!

Scotty is a talented photographer so we decided to fly him out to take pics of the family (and what a great excuse for some play time too)!

We really pushed Scotty's skills!  She cried just about anytime the camera was near her!  And the family photos...well, let's just say, we wiped our photographer out!

Our Hannah: 10 years old

Janess: 8

Addie: 6 1/2 years; She would have you know her 1/2 birthday was on Valentine's Day

Brynlee: 4 years

Somethings we tried, while fun, sounded better in theory!

And some worked great! LOVE this shot!

Not too shabby for parents of 5!

Janess and Aspen

Janessa loves being able to stand up and bounce Aspen to calm her down.  And Aspen loves it too! I am so lucky to have so many willing hands!

Mom and Dad came out to visit and surprised Hannah and Janessa by wearing T-shirts with the girls' works of art printed on them! Grandparents are the BEST!

Aspen's Blessing

Aspen 8 weeks

Love my Hannah!

After 2 months, I decided it was time to brave church again.
It was hard to give up living exclusively in "BabyLand"!
It never lasts quite long enough. It was a wonderful day.
Aspen has such a wonderful, strong, gentle spirit.
We are so blessed she is in our family.
Our family wasn't complete without her.

Biggest and Littlest

Hannah is my most willing and helpful helper these days.  She is proud to be a big sister again and this time is able to help out so much more. Love each other like this forever sisters!

My Bookends: 6 weeks and 10 years old

PreSchool!

January 10, 2013:  Brynlee starts Preschool!  My big girl, made bigger by becoming a big sister was ready to leave mom twice a week (although Mom needed a little more time...it was hard to let go)! She loves every second of it and asked if she could go to preschool everyday! All in good time, Brynlee...Mom's not ready for that yet!

Our Christmas Gift

The girls just found out they got a trampoline! 

The loved ones we spent Christmas with

Christmas Eve was just as it should be. Christmas morning is a blur! I had the stomach flu! Luckily, Grandma Kathy was here to save the day. Between she, Grandpa, and BJ Christmas dinner was made, eaten, enjoyed and cleaned up; The kids were happy, Aspen stayed fed, and I slept the day away. Nothing like the flu to make you grateful for family!

What a joy this little angel is! She melts all our hearts every day!

Brynlee's Holiday Show Debut

There's not much cuter than a group of 3-5 year olds singing "Mele kalikimaka"and dancing the Hula!
